This feels like a milestone worth celebrating! Auxato has always been about people, helping PR, marketing, and communications professionals find the right roles and supporting businesses in securing the best talent. In fact, that’s literally where our name comes from!

Derived from Latin roots, Auxato merges Auxiliary (meaning support) with Natio (representing people). So, reaching 10,000 followers isn’t just a number; it’s a reflection of the incredible community we’ve built. A huge thank you for being part of it! 🫶

To mark the occasion, we wanted to reintroduce ourselves, whether you’re new here or have been with us since the start.

👋 We’re Jonathan Johnson and Stephanie Johnson, the team behind Auxato! As a husband and wife duo, we’ve built Auxato on the belief that recruitment should always put people first, focusing on real connections, not just ticking boxes.

🔹 A family-run business, built on a dream
Auxato started as a conversation over dinner at the pub, one of those “what if?” moments. That question turned into many more pub dinners but now with notebooks and laptops in tow… until, in 2015, Jonathan took the leap and made Auxato a reality. Stephanie was always there, supporting behind the scenes while balancing her own recruitment career.

Fast forward to 2024, and when the New Year bells rang, the timing was finally right for Stephanie to join full time. Now, as husband and wife, we’re fully in this together, growing a business that truly puts people first.

We connect PR, marketing, and communications professionals with the right opportunities, focusing on long-term fit, culture, and careers that truly make sense. We don’t just match CVs to job specs; we take the time to understand people, businesses, and the why behind every move.

Over the years, we’ve worked incredibly hard to build Auxato into what it is today. And one of the best parts? We now get to work with businesses that align with our values, companies that do good, treat people well, and truly invest in their teams.
